Were you not satisfied with your purchase? We completely understand, these things happen – and we want you to find the perfect fit for You!

When ordering products from HuiGee, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels attached. If the product has been used or it lacks the aforementioned features, we cannot accept the return. Please note that if you have pets in your household, you should protect the clothes from pet hair due to potential allergies of other customers. Products that have pet hair/dust will not be accepted for return. If the return is not accepted for the aforementioned reasons, we will send the product(s) back to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery costs.
You can exchange for free in our store in Finland.  Return costs are 4,90€. If you return products from outside of Finland, you will be charged the return costs, if you have not paid it in advance. Read more about return costs here.

Please note that an uncollected order is not a return. In Finland, we will charge you 10€ for any uncollected orders. For any uncollected orders abroad, we will charge the costs of return shipping.

Returning products in Finland:

If you use a parcel service, you need the following contract number: 9530222. The customer must demand a receipt of return and store it until the return has been processed.

Returning products from Europe or outside of Europe (not Finland):

If you are returning products from abroad, you must pay the costs of return shipping.

General information

Attach an informal notification of return or exchange. We carry out refunds via the payment service Paytrail. If you have chosen to be invoiced, we will notify the changes to the biller. After returning a product, remember to check your email. After the return has been processed, you will receive an email from Paytrail, asking you to fill out your banking information for the refund.
We process all returns as quickly as possible or within 2 weeks at the latest.

We reserve the right to reject your order if products are returned repeatedly (over 50%).
